Jim Carrey is my favorite comedic actor of all-time. I have most definitely seen his movies the most of ANY actor. He made The Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura, and The Mask all in the same year (1994). Simply amazing. I don’t think he’s made an elite comedy since Me, Myself, and Irene, but that and before.. endless classics.
Note: This list is for Jim Carrey’s comedies only. Showing how versatile an actor he is, he made amazing movies on the more dramatic side as well. I’m talking about Man on the Moon, The Truman Show, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind primarily. Definitely in his top 10 (some 5) best movies he’s acted in, but this list is just his best comedies.
Note 2: This list was super hard to rank. It would be ranking your favorite children (if for some reason you had children). These movies are all my babies, and I consider them all equally. They are the elite Jim Carrey comedies.
